It gives me great pleasure, on behalf of my colleagues on Ottawa City Council, to welcome all those participating in the Cyber and Digital Outlooks 2026, hosted by the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI), taking place October 1st in Canada’s capital on unceded Anishinabe Algonquin territory.

This event serves as a valuable forum for government decision-makers and procurement representatives, along with manufacturers and other stakeholders in the defence and security industries to network, learn more about current and future government project requirements and procurement opportunities, as well as to share insights on leading-edge technology, products and services to protect cyber and digital infrastructure.

As Head of Council, I want to acknowledge CADSI, in addition to the guest speakers, exhibitors and sponsors for dedicating time, efforts, expertise, services and resources to the successful organization of this important meeting.

Cet événement est une excellente occasion pour les décideurs et les représentants en approvisionnement du gouvernement et pour les fabricants et les autres intervenants des industries de la défense et de la sécurité de réseauter, d’en apprendre davantage sur les exigences actuelles et futures des projets et les possibilités d’approvisionnement du gouvernement et d’échanger des idées sur les technologies, les produits et les services de pointe visant à protéger les cyberinfrastructures et les infrastructures numériques.
